Faculty of Health and Medical Technologies / Kufa organizes a workshop on the (SIS) system

Within the framework of the (HEPIQ) project adopted by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to develop institutional quality and digital transformation in Iraqi universities, the Department of Community Health Technologies at the Faculty of Health and Medical Technologies / Kufa, a formations of Al-Furat Technical University, a workshop dedicated to the introduction of the (SIS) system and its mechanisms, by Professor Dr. Ahmed Hamid Elias and in the presence of The teachers are responsible for data entry, to consolidate student data and facilitate their electronic registration procedures.

The workshop included a detailed explanation of the steps of system loading, account creation, and study material distribution, along with a review of a series of common problems users may encounter and direct solutions to them, including the accuracy of data entry and safety of system handling.

The workshop also saw an open discussion with attendees, where many technical and practical questions were answered, while some queries were logged in to obtain approved explanations and addressed in accordance with the window instructions.

This workshop, as part of a series of trainings conducted by the faculty, comes to ensure an integrated and effective implementation of the system (SIS) within the project (HEPIQ), in line with its vision of consolidating digital transformation and improving the quality of university services.
