Faculty of Health and medical technologies / Kufa organizes a seminar on terrorist intellectual deviation

Sensing the importance of its role as a leading educational institution in enhancing intellectual security and confronting deviation in all its forms and social phenomena that affect society, the Department of visual examination techniques, at the Faculty of Health and medical technologies/Kufa, one of the formations of the Middle Euphrates Technical University, organized a scientific seminar on terrorist intellectual deviation, its forms, means, goals and motives, and the parties practicing it.
The seminar aimed to introduce the reasons that may lead to some young people drifting towards extremist ideas, the impact of a range of factors such as poverty, unemployment, weak social ties, psychological factors, as well as the role of the media and social media in shaping awareness among young people, and how these tools can have a positive or negative impact at the same time.
The seminar concluded with a call to adopt the values of tolerance, justice, and love, and the importance of channeling the positive energies of young people in serving society and building a better future. Providing psychological support and support to students, which contributes to strengthening their intellectual immunity against negative thoughts.
