Information Technology Division Units:
Website
This unit is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the college’s official website, ensuring easy access to information and online services for students, faculty members, and visitors. It also oversees the regular updating of content and provides interactive interfaces that enhance institutional communication.
Laboratories
This unit is responsible for managing and operating the computer labs within the college. Its responsibilities include preparing and maintaining the equipment, installing software, and ensuring the labs are ready for practical lessons and training sessions. It also provides technical support during classes.
Computer and network maintenance
This unit is responsible for maintaining the college’s computers, printers, and network devices. Its tasks include troubleshooting and repairing equipment, installing devices, managing internal networks, and ensuring continuous connectivity to the local network and the internet.
Administrative
It oversees the organizational and administrative matters of the Information Technology department, such as managing files, organizing schedules, monitoring staff affairs within the department, and coordinating between different units to ensure smooth workflow.
Systems and Software Unit
This unit focuses on developing and maintaining the electronic systems used in the college (such as the student registration system or the human resources system), and also works on analyzing the college’s software needs and designing customized technical solutions.

* The Information Technology Department provides a guidance center for registering in the course system. * The Information Technology Department holds an orientation seminar on academic courses. * Student guide for electronic registration in the course system. * The Information Technology Department follows up with the scientific departments to ensure the success of e-learning according to the directives of the Ministry and the University, as the college was keen to deliver information to the student in the easiest ways. * The Information Technology Department holds the first electronic workshop for Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University.
