A master's thesis at the Faculty of Health and medical technologies/Kufa, one of the formations of the Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University , examined the assessment of self-care management in relation to cesarean births among firstborn women.
The study, presented by student Zainab Abdul Kadhim ghatif from the Department of Community Health Technologies, aims to assess how the firstborn women deal with taking care of themselves, who underwent cesarean delivery, at the women's and children's educational hospital in the city of Babylon.
The results of the study showed that the majority of the participants were aged 25-30 years, and the degrees of women's self-care, the type of anesthesia and professional status also showed significant correlations. Constipation after cesarean delivery is strongly associated with self-care assessments.
The letter recommended that more population-based studies be conducted in the future. In order to reduce the morbidity and mortality rates associated with cesarean delivery،
