The Council of the College of Health and medical technologies/Kufa holds its third regular session for the academic year 2024/2025.

Under the chairmanship of Professor Dr. Angham Jassim Al-Ramahi, Dean of the College of Health and Medical Technologies/Kufa, one of the formations of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, the College Council held its third regular session for the academic year 2024/2025 in the presence of the assistants and heads of scientific departments.
Dr. Fadel Abdul Abbas al-Abdi, former dean of the College of administrative technology /Kufa, was honored for his retirement, Dr. Al-Ramahi added, As we honor professor Dr. Al-Abdi, we must recall the institutional cooperation that he embodied, and his great keenness on the public interest throughout his work, it was a bright point in the career of the college and the University, wishing his person continued health and wellness.
Dr. Haider Khudair, head of the training and Development Division at the Najaf health department, was also hosted as an honorary member to discuss the reasons for the summer systematic training for students of the covered stages and for the morning and evening studies, as well as to discuss the developments of scientific departments that serve the labor market. 
After that, the issues on the agenda were discussed, the most important of which are a set of academic and administrative issues aimed at enhancing the quality of education and developing the academic performance of the college, including following up on the regular attendance of students admitted to the evening study for the current year, as well as updating the development of educational infrastructure, as well as expanding the areas of academic cooperation with local and international universities, student activity plans for this year, continuing to rehabilitate classrooms and equip scientific laboratories with the necessary chemicals and other supplies to ensure that students are provided with the necessary practical skills, and following up on the affairs of graduate students in the two master's programs During the session, the importance of cooperation between the various scientific departments was emphasized to achieve the goals of the college, strengthen the academic environment supporting creativity and innovation, the importance of enhancing the role of scientific research, and support research projects that contribute to community service. 
Ms. Al Ramahi concluded the council by calling on everyone to redouble efforts to ensure the success of the educational process, achieve academic excellence, and that the new academic year will be a special year full of achievements at the college level, success and repayment for students..
