This unit is responsible for managing and completing all transactions related to the college’s employees, including bonuses and promotions, as well as issuing grant orders and everything related to the college’s employees .<\/strong><\/p>

Staffing and staffing unit<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

It deals with all matters of the staff, including the number of employees, changes that occur as a result of transfer, death, retirement, preparing a monthly report on the status of the staff of the college and indicating the promotion cases of my teaching.<\/strong><\/p>

It is concerned with the completion of pension transactions for college employees in case of referral to retirement to reach the legal age, as well as retirements based on the employee’s desire and follow-up retirement transactions for employees .<\/strong><\/p>

It means organizing the personal files of each member, making sure that all the required forms are available, and working on arranging and preparing them in a way that ensures easy reference to them, taking into account the electronic and paper archiving of each file, as well as preventing access to the files only by the competent employee .<\/strong><\/p>

Ensure that the provisions of the Civil Service Law No. 24 of 1960 and its amendments are taken into account when taking actions related to the affairs of associates, as well as the provisions of the unified Pension Law No. 9 of 2014 and the Ministry of higher education and research Law No. 40 of 1988 as amended and the rest of the laws, regulations and instructions for the civil service .<\/strong>
Supervising the work performance of the members of the administrative divisions, following up their activities and distributing tasks by units to help develop and improve work performance .<\/strong>
Identify and address weaknesses .<\/strong>
Evaluate the performance of employees in the division and raise it to the relevant authorities after discussing the associates about their performance .<\/strong>
