Tasks and duties<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

Direct supervision and signing of all exchange documents .<\/strong>
Review all accounting entries and sign all registration documents .<\/strong>
Maintaining and monitoring all documents using accounting records.<\/strong>
Take an inventory of the fund and sign the inventory report.<\/strong>
Sign all the instruments .<\/strong>
Supervising all accounting records and analyzing advances, secretariats, revenues and allocations.<\/strong>
Support the availability of allocation before the exchange process .<\/strong>
Distribution of the division’s work among the associates and continuous and direct follow-up.<\/strong>
Answer the University reports and financial control debt reports.<\/strong>
Follow-up of write-offs and gifts .<\/strong>
Supervising the systems used such as payroll software and accounting system software .<\/strong>
Sign all analytical statements, payroll lists and audit balances .<\/strong>
The numbers of the closing accounts and the consolidation record .<\/strong>
Nomination of participants to training and qualification courses to develop their potential.<\/strong>
Supervising the process of raising salaries on the card .<\/strong>
Follow-up of students ‘ payment of tuition fees.<\/strong>

The mission of the Financial Division<\/strong> is to manage and oversee all financial operations of the college effectively, ensuring accountability, compliance, and efficiency. The division is committed to:<\/p>

  • Preparing and managing the college\u2019s budgets and financial plans<\/strong> in accordance with regulations.<\/p><\/li>

  • Monitoring and controlling expenditures and revenues<\/strong> to optimize resource allocation.<\/p><\/li>

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and reports<\/strong> to support decision-making processes.<\/p><\/li>

  • Ensuring compliance with institutional and governmental financial policies<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

    The finance division consists of several units and is as follows :<\/strong><\/p>

    It specializes in the process of posting documents of all kinds (disbursement, registration ) to the records and its work is related to the accountant and the records vary according to their nature , including ( General Journal Record , allocations record , Revenue record, safety record, advances record ).<\/strong><\/p>

    Payroll unit:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

    \u00a0<\/p>

    It is specialized in managing the payroll work of employees, contracts and preparing payroll lists in accordance with the laws in calculating accrual and deduction. The incumbent of this post is subject to direct supervision by the Finance Division official.<\/strong><\/p>

    The Fund Secretariat unit:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

    \u00a0<\/p>

    The incumbent is responsible for the withdrawal and deposit operations with the bank, the receipt of student amounts and the remaining amounts of the disbursed advances and the closing of the fund at the end of each month in accordance with the financial instructions and be in direct contact with the official of the Finance Division.<\/strong><\/p>

    The incumbent is responsible for organizing all restrictions : organizes the registration documents, exchange documents in accordance with the applicable accounting system and in accordance with the financial instructions and administrative orders issued and has a direct link with the official of the Finance Division.<\/strong><\/p>
