Receiving the citizen, listening to him and his complaint and directing him to the right destination to review the department or division concerned\u060c<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>2. Receiving his request or complaint for a statement of opinion and preparing the reading for presentation to the responsible body at the college.<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>3. Conducting daily interviews with citizens, especially with exceptional cases, and submitting recommendations to the dean.<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>4. Direct supervision and organization of Mr. Dean&#8217;s interviews as directed.<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Informing the citizen about the action taken in connection with his application or complaint by phone or reviewing the citizen<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>5.
