Supervises the employees of the division and the distribution of tasks by units.
Define plans and programs for the work of the division.
View the incoming mail of the division and refer it to the specialized departments.
Answering the inquiries of the faculty and departments regarding the application of quality standards in departments and divisions.
Conducting field visits to all departments and divisions to review the mechanism of execution of works and to check the extent of their application of quality standards.
Identify the shortcomings in the performance of departments and units, determine the size of the gap in performance and seek to find solutions.
Addressing the scientific departments and determining the work frameworks that meet the standards for completing educational portfolios, job descriptions, and others.
Completion of an updated database of teachers, technicians, administrators and infrastructure of departments, divisions and units.
Evaluate the performance of all students ( teaching, rich, administrative, etc.) annually through coordination with all departments, divisions and units of the college.
Send the annual evaluation results (for teachers, technicians and administrators) to the university headquarters every year.
Completion of the performance assessment of senior leaders ( Deans ‘ assistants, heads of scientific departments )at the university annually through coordination with the dean.
Sending the bad evaluation of the senior leaders to the university headquarters every year.
Evaluation of the quality of performance of managers (teaching and non-teaching) and employees on permanent staff ( teaching and non-teaching), employees (professionals, craftsmen, employees ( drivers, security guards, peasants, workers) and the SPSS system
Withdrawal of the final report on the evaluation grades after approval by the University.
Providing the relevant authorities with the grades of annual assessments according to the required year and for all associates ( teaching, technical, administrative).
Spreading the culture of quality in the college and the local community
Paying attention to everything new in the field of quality and delivering it to the dog to enhance the application of quality standards
Follow up the activities of the quality assurance and performance units at the college
Promote activities that contribute to the application of quality standards in the college.
Identify the points of defects and work to address them and find appropriate solutions to them.
Promote the application of quality standards within the axes of the educational process ( teaching axis, students axis, curriculum axis, infrastructure axis).
Perfect educational bags for all subjects ( educational bag for each subject).

Participation in conferences and seminars held by the faculties affiliated to the University.
Participation in conferences and seminars inside Iraq held by Iraqi universities and the rest of the institution. Research and various ministries.
Appointment of training courses in the areas of quality and reliability ٠
Preparing computer programs in various fields to enhance the building of an advanced database for all activities in the college ٠
Completion and updating of the database of all associates (teaching, technical, administrative) and variables are sent to the university every three months٠
Provide the registered authorities with all the necessary ‘statistics’ related to (teaching, technical, administrative)
Provide the University with all the statistics of (teaching, technical, administrative ) employees of the faculty.
Provide the relevant authorities with various data related to (teachers, technicians, administrators).
Updating the data of (teachers, technicians, administrators) in accordance with the administrative orders issued by the administration.
Conducting training courses in the fields of quality and accreditation of scientific laboratories ٠
Inventory of equipment and equipment for laboratories and workshops in all scientific departments by opening a special register٠
Diagnosing malfunctions and malfunctions in laboratory equipment and providing periodic reports on those cases to the division official٠
Participation in conferences and seminars on the quality of laboratories in the faculties affiliated to the University ٠
