The administrative division is one of the important divisions in the college and is linked to the assistant dean for financial administrative affairs.
The administration division aspires to be one of the most important divisions in the college and to prepare an advanced cadre capable of doing all the tasks and duties assigned to it and to raise the level of our college to the highest grades to be in the first grade within the formations of our university .

This unit is responsible for managing and completing all transactions related to the college’s employees, including bonuses and promotions, as well as issuing grant orders and everything related to the college’s employees .
It deals with all matters of the staff, including the number of employees, changes that occur as a result of transfer, death, retirement, preparing a monthly report on the status of the staff of the college and indicating the promotion cases of my teaching.
It is concerned with the completion of pension transactions for college employees in case of referral to retirement to reach the legal age, as well as retirements based on the employee’s desire and follow-up retirement transactions for employees .
It means organizing the personal files of each member, making sure that all the required forms are available, and working on arranging and preparing them in a way that ensures easy reference to them, taking into account the electronic and paper archiving of each file, as well as preventing access to the files only by the competent employee .
It deals with the process of issuing official books of the college’s official plans with other bodies, as well as the process of receiving the official mail of the College from the university presidency and other bodies and recording in an official register in preparation for distribution to departments, divisions and units .
